Stanley Furniture’s Crestaire interprets mid-century modern

When we were at High Point for market earlier this fall, one of the new lines we enjoyed seeing was Crestaire for Stanley Furniture. This living room recreation features their Autry Round Cocktail Table, foreground, and the Milo Round Lamp Table, background.

Inspired by the company’s Heritage Collection, Crestaire interprets mid-century modern furniture in a manner that suits today’s homes. Pieces in the collection reflect contemporary trends but also give a nod to the clean lines of 1950s-era furnishings. Six finishes are prominent in the collection, including Saffron, inspired by the exotic spice; Flint, a warm chocolate/gray; Porter, a rubber medium brown over walnut veneers; Capiz, a high-sheen pearl finish; Argent, silver leaf over steel; and Trophy, gold leaf over steel.

Adam Tilley, Stanley Furniture’s vice president of product, calls Crestaire “furniture for people with a confident, independent spirit.” To see a video featuring the Crestaire line, click here.
